First, let me start off by saying I live an hour from Grand Family Dentistry and it’s worth every second of driving! The welcoming environment, professionalism, and the caring and enthusiastic employees makes me never question this business! They have always exceeded my needs and expeditions and I love visiting and catching up with Dr. McCabe and Bailey. This is a very professionally run business and I’m happy to be a returning customer for years to come!

This was only my second visit to Grand Dentistry and already I feel like a part of their family. All the front-of-the-house reps and all the back-of-the-house techs are cheerful the moment you enter. The actual cleanings have been "GRAND". I STRONGLY encourage anyone who is in the need for a reliable dentist to at least check out Dr. Chantel Cousin or Dr. Molly McBride at Grand Dentistry. In this day and age of poor customer service and "smoke and mirror" treatment Grand Dentistry will remind you of the "olden"days of respecting the customer with quality care at a decent price!

They were flexible with scheduling and rescheduling my procedure. Offered the sedation I needed to feel comfortable without judgement. Both hygienist and dentist were very professional and took time to make sure I understood the condition of my teeth and what treatments were necessary or might become necessary in the future.
