Absolutely LOVE the Hot Bells class! Ashley keeps everyone motivated and driven to push through to the end. Really enjoy the early morning Hot Bells class on Friday and would love to see this class on other early mornings during the week or on the weekends. Thank you!

Love Love Love this studio and these Pilates classes! I am the "senior" in the room - but that is OK as I feel like I am getting stronger and stronger and able to "hang." Every class and every instructor is different so boredom will NEVER set in.

I had never done reformer Pilates before and all it took was one class to get hooked! I have gotten a lot stronger! I love all of the instructors they are so helpful and make each class enjoyable! Pilates for Life!
