We have been using this office for almost 10 years now. We have 5 children. We make the drive from Ponchatoula because the quality of care has never disappointed. They have always been kind, patient and flexible with the needs of our disabled child. Truly an extraordinary office full of caring individuals. For our 6 mth cleanings they are prompt about getting us in the back after checking in, the few times we have needed them for reasons outside of regular cleanings We've been able to be seen that same day. The office is well organized and clean. We are grateful and appreciate the level of care they provide.
We had been bringing my granddaughter to this dentist for a couple of years. My granddaughter just turned 13. The round trip was 1 hour and dentist visit was an hour. They did x-rays and cleaned her teeth but then said I had to bring her somewhere else to fill her cavity. What a waste of time. She can get her teeth cleaned but to old to get a filling there. Doesn’t make one bit of sense.
