The first time I experienced a massage from Jann was because I was in pain. She worked on that issue and it improved. I go sometimes just for a relaxing experience. But, whenever I go I always get advise on how to stretch and work out slight problems. Jann is an expert at what she does.
I go see Jann every two weeks- Does wonders for me! She works on trigger points and gets my knots out in my neck so I can function for another two weeks! Her studio is in her home & the setting is very peaceful and professional.
