Are they the cheapest company out there? No. Are they the most expensive? Not at all. What they are, in my experience, is the most honest and fair. Tristan was great, showed up laid down pads over hearth, checked out the chimney, showed me how to fire up the fireplace. He climbed up on the roof to investigate. And inspect the chimney cap. He was very respectful of our home and did a great job. I would definitely recommend the fireplace store.
