Will never use anyone else for heating/cooling needs. I wish I could give them 10 stars! When my heat was off, they did troubleshooting with me over the phone. They have done both heating and air repairs for me. In one instance, they came and determined the problem was electrical and, unfortunately, not something they could fix. They would not take any money for the call, despite the fact they came late in the day/evening when I am sure they would rather have been home by then. They are incredibly helpful and nice. It is a family business, which makes me feel good.
They came out within ten mins of receiving my phone call and saved me over $900! Drexler told me that I needed to have almost $1000 in work done. I got a second opinion from these guys (who came highly recommended by a few neighbors) and they found nothing wrong with my furnace. They both seemed like great guys and I will be using them for all of my future AC and heating needs!
These guys are absolutely the best people we have ever dealt with. They helped talk us through getting the heat turned on so we didn’t have to wait overnight with no heat. They showed up very early and installed a thermostat in less than 30 minutes. They are the nicest and they stayed to make sure the heat was working before they left. They also did not overcharge for their services like many other companies. Highly recommend and will be calling them for any future services.Services: Thermostat repair
