We recently had Wise replace our entire HVAC system, and the experience exceeded our expectations. Zach was fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. I recently had my family's heat pump go out and I couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. I called Wise and they got me scheduled as soon as they could but it would still be a couple of days with no heat. The technician called me without me even having to request it and walked me through issues that could be wrong with the unit. We were able to get the system diagnosed over the phone and I was able to fix the problem with a little bit of time and elbow grease. They did not have to do that but they did and I owe my family's comfort to their team for the last couple of cold weeks of the year. Thank you!
