Actually, early for appointment. I received a picture texted to me with the techs name that was coming to my house, he called and made sure an hour early was ok.. loved it! He put the booties on his feet, was very helpful in explaining answers to my questions. New exactly problem, was quick with diligent work. Also, he fixed other items, such as my dryer vent, and closed off a vent in the garage. All the time, very personable. I purchased the twice a year cleaning/system maintenance for the unit, and am going to have him outt next year to upgrade our filter cabinet to 4" so we can get that awesome yearly filter that's so highly rated. Kyle from Air Support showed up on time. He diagnosed the problem with my furnace as a worn out ignitor. He went to Trane and got a replacement. He came back promptly and replaced the worn out ignitor with the new one. Furnace is back up and running! I would use Air Support again!Service: HVAC system repair
The tech was very professional, and prompt. In addition, the tech went above and beyond to ensure I understood all aspects of my issue, and explained the different options I had.
