I am in real estate so I have worked with many hvac companies. This is hands down the one I choose for my personal home every time. Good, honest, trustworthy knowledgeable people!! Can't say enough good things.

These guys were not only responsive, but very knowledgeable and honest. I made the mistake of trying to use another local company that incorrectly diagnosed my furnace and quickly tried to sell me a new furnace. Thank goodness KLM came to my rescue when I suspected something wasn't right. Eric was very responsive to my concerns, even coming to my house when it wasn't even necessary for him to be here. Mike did an excellent job diagnosing, and he made sure he was very thorough in his testing and inspecting. Plus, these guys are just downright nice. They know what they are talking about and I trust them.
