Very happy with repair to heating unit by Elder Heating and Air. Service was prompt and they took time to explain what was wrong and what was fixed. Use them for maintenance and have always been satisfied with their service.

Technician showed up on time on Saturday, explained issue and shows me the igniter that was broken. He was extremely professional and polite. He was back at 9 am Monday morning with the part and repaired my furnace. He wanted to make sure we had heat. Highly recommend Elder heating and air and Ray!

Elder HVAC arrived promptly after call to them. Tech properly diagnosed issue and made repair in a short turnaround. Service was friendly, professional and at a reasonable charge. I have recommended them to others several times. Will continue to use them.
