Just became a part of AF gym and I absolutely love it. The atmosphere is great and the staff is super helpful. I did my fitness consultation with Edward and he was very personable and knowledgeable about all things fitness. He not only provided insight on workouts but also nutrition to help me towards reaching my desired goals.
Great Gym. Looks amazing, clean and vibes are on point for the workout. Staff is super friendly and the 24/7 gym hours work perfect for my schedule. Did a training session with Edward and the workout was exactly what I needed for the area I need to focus on. Very comfortable experience with just the right amount of push I needed.
This is a great gym with a terrific, friendly staff. Facilities are clean and well-managed. The initial assessment session with Edward was very helpful as he showed me a lot of unique exercises to help with my strength and posture. I would highly recommend!
