I've been working out at balanced fitness for over 7 years. I initially started going to rehab a partial rotary cuff tear in my shoulder and wanted to lift safely with proper form. Gary got my shoulder back to full strength. Since then I've seen nothing but consistent gains. There is all the equipment you could ever need and they gym is constantly being updated with newest technology in equipment. Whatever your fitness goals are Gary will get you to achieve them. Highly recommend this gym!
I started at Balanced Fitness one day/week and had such a great experience that I now go three days/week.The private gym is very well equipped with one on one training.Gary is super knowledgeable and adjusts your workouts according to your needs and desires. Easy 5 stars from me.
