“Our a/c failed in the peak of a heat wave when they were super-busy, but they fit us in and then went above and beyond to find a part locally that had initially seemed to be available only several days later. Then adjusted schedule again to get a tech back out with the part to avoid us having no a/c for several days in the heat wave. In all other interactions - always friendly techs, great service.“

“AC stopped working in the afternoon. We called Bash around 9pm after determining the outside unit wasn't doing anything. Justin came at 10:30pm. Identified the bad capacitor in outside unit. Replaced it. Turned power back on and the AC worked again by 11pm. Very efficient.“
