“First of all, we are in the midst of a heatwave. I called on Thursday, because our AC stopped working. They got a tech out the next day, and he diagnosed the problem ( AC capacitor) within five minutes. He showed me the bad part and explained the issue. I was charged for the part and the service charge, which was very reasonable. I highly recommend this local business!“

“I had an awesome experience with these guys. I had my entire HVAC system replaced along with running 5 new returns and new ductwork. Addison came out and gave me an estimate with a few different options and was very knowledgable and helpful with what I was after. On the day of installation, which was less than a week from me figuring out what direction I wanted to go, I could tell from the very beginning that the installers/techs knew exactly what they were doing and I felt very confident with them. They got the entire project done in one day and cleaned up after themselves leaving no trace they were even there. The system works flawlessly. I’m a pretty particular person, and with that said, I simply could not be any happier with everything they did. Thanks again guys.“

After diagnosing the problem and realizing how bad the situation was, he rescheduled his other appointments for the day in order to focus on saving our poor old furnace, which was suffering from a bad case of smoker's lung and clogged with approximately 60 years worth of dirt, hair, and tobacco resin from past occupants. Latez was very professional, courteous, and thorough in his work, and I appreciate that he kept me updated throughout the entire visit. Thank you!“

“Had a service call for no heat during our recent extreme cold, the gentleman came as soon as he could (next day). He informed me my system is very old and will likely need replacing soon, but that he could probably fab something up to get me going at least through the season. So far so good about a week later my heat has been working *knock on wood*. Price was very fair and I definitely would recommend them to anyone that asks!“

“I would like to thank Rodgers Supply for their fast service, the ECM Module on my furnace blower motor went out and was unrepairable! I found the complete replacement motor online, I ordered it on Wednesday night and it arrived on Friday afternoon! Great service, I installed and was back running within an hour! Will see if they have the ECM2.3 Motor Controller for the old motor to have a spare! Excellent service and fast shipping! Thanks again!“

“Of course if something is going to happen to your AC it will be the hottest day. Last Thursday our air quit. My husband called Bratcher because he had heard good things about them from other people. They sent someone out right away and John did a temporary fix for us until we could get a new system in place. The fix didn’t hold and he was right back the next day to make it right. We spoke to Todd on Friday and had a new furnace and AC installed the following Tuesday. Everyone we dealt with was professional and knowledgeable. They were prompt, efficient and helpful. If I could give them more stars I would and I highly recommend them.Services: HVAC system repair“

“Overall experience with each individual employee is very positive and professional.I had Mattex fix my kitchen lights about 2 years ago, they've been giving problems since then. I called again and this time it seems they are properly fixed, but I got no discount for the fact that the original service was not done properly. This wouldn't matter except that their prices are quite high 200$ for the first failed fix and 700$ for the second. It shouldn't cost 900$ to fix a light fixture.“
