Overall experience with each individual employee is very positive and professional.I had Mattex fix my kitchen lights about 2 years ago, they've been giving problems since then. I called again and this time it seems they are properly fixed, but I got no discount for the fact that the original service was not done properly. This wouldn't matter except that their prices are quite high 200$ for the first failed fix and 700$ for the second. It shouldn't cost 900$ to fix a light fixture.

I called first thing in the morning - no heat. Mattex arrive shortly after lunch and serviced my furnace. Comprehensive review and service by a personal tech. Mattex installed the furnace 13 years ago and has always provide prompt and efficient service. Highly recommendedService: HVAC system maintenance
