Of course if something is going to happen to your AC it will be the hottest day. Last Thursday our air quit. My husband called Bratcher because he had heard good things about them from other people. They sent someone out right away and John did a temporary fix for us until we could get a new system in place. The fix didn’t hold and he was right back the next day to make it right. We spoke to Todd on Friday and had a new furnace and AC installed the following Tuesday. Everyone we dealt with was professional and knowledgeable. They were prompt, efficient and helpful. If I could give them more stars I would and I highly recommend them.Services: HVAC system repair

Bratcher's staff did a wonderful job for replacing my AC+Heater. Brian their VP went beyond the normal service I would expect to pay visits to my house and gave the best advice in my interests. They also provide options that are well documented and such info helped me in making decisions. The other staff Don and Mat did a great job in replacing the old system with new Lennox system. I am very satisfied with the services. I highly recommend to anyone who are in need of such services.
