I’ve been having issues with my furnace recently and was recommended by a family member to use Kelso since I was unhappy with the other company I was using. They knew I had appointments later in the morning and sent someone out right away. The technician Jacob was very helpful in fixing the issue then taking the time to explain in detail the issue. I was very impressed with Kelso’s.

Always friendly and knowledgeable service techs. My issue was simple and the techs explained the problem and allowed me to watch as they corrected the issue. We discussed future regular and preventative maintenance and when I should be having this completed as well. No hesitation recommending this company.

Very prompt, professional, and courteous. I had to call them during their off hours on a Sunday as my heat just stopped working. So few businesses work on boilers and radiation heat, I am very lucky to have been recommended them. They came out on a Sunday and took the time to explain what was going on, which I truly appreciated. By Monday, they replaced the part that was faulty in a prompt and, again, very professional manner. I shall be going back to them soon for a new boiler once some of the other issues that they pointed out with plumbing have been fixed. Highly recommend them!
