Have been using A&R for a while at the building I work at. A&R has always responded no matter the time of day or night. With the best of customer service. The employee Jim Means is by far the politest and most professional service tech I have ever dealt with. He and the gentleman Tim have always showed kindness and understanding to the residents here. These guys are the best. Josh came at 7:00 p.m. and replaced our sump pump. He was quick and efficient. His demeanor helped us at a very stressful time of a basement flooded. Great job!
