We've had Steve do many projects for us over the last 20+ years, including furnace and A/C repair and replace, sump pumps and pits installation, HVAC duct addition and modification (as in sealing leaks in the crawlspace distribution ductwork), thermostat relocation, whole house humidifier install, and more. He's also kept our 25-year-old Kenmore wash machine working well, and repaired our newer GE refrigerator/freezer after a fan failure. He has always been conscientious about costs for us, and I've always felt that he treated us fairly, and count him as a good friend.
