“AC stopped working in the afternoon. We called Bash around 9pm after determining the outside unit wasn't doing anything. Justin came at 10:30pm. Identified the bad capacitor in outside unit. Replaced it. Turned power back on and the AC worked again by 11pm. Very efficient.“

My electrician, Gary, was on time, extremely professional, and courteous throughout the entire process. The quality of his work was outstanding, and his communication and work ethic were equally impressive. He installed a Level 2 wall charger in my detached garage for my electric vehicle, and he took the time to explain everything clearly while making sure the installation was completed safely and correctly.

I also want to recognize Ryan, who was incredibly responsive to my emails and answered every question I had. He made the process of coordinating with Ameren Illinois simple and helped ensure I received every available incentive. Thanks to the Ameren program, the installation and the EV wall charger ended up costing me nothing out of pocket.

Since I have a detached garage, I expected they would need to dig a trench to run power. Thankfully, that wasn’t necessary. Instead, they upgraded several pieces of electrical equipment to complete the installation properly and to code.
