“I wanted to wait a few days before writing a review. I wanted to think of prior experiences with othe other HVAC groups. I have had really bad experiences. I was amazed. Was such a good experience with Aaron and Omni. I have heat again due to Aaron. He did an amazing job. We hit negative temperatures. Of course that's when my heat pump went out. Aaron came out 3 times. First time to figure out was going on. Ordered parts had my system running. But wanted to make sure I was not in a dangerous situation. Third time was at 11 pm on a Friday night. He fixed it, called me the next day to make sure everything was working. Thank you Aaro, and Omni.“

“Latez put forth heroic efforts to rescue the furnace of our new rental home! After diagnosing the problem and realizing how bad the situation was, he rescheduled his other appointments for the day in order to focus on saving our poor old furnace, which was suffering from a bad case of smoker's lung and clogged with approximately 60 years worth of dirt, hair, and tobacco resin from past occupants. Latez was very professional, courteous, and thorough in his work, and I appreciate that he kept me updated throughout the entire visit. Thank you!“

They came in and did the job for a couple hundred dollars (only needed repairs, not replacement like the other guys said). Since then they’ve shown the same honesty and integrity every time I call them for a job. Highly recommend!!!“

“I would like to thank Rodgers Supply for their fast service, the ECM Module on my furnace blower motor went out and was unrepairable! I found the complete replacement motor online, I ordered it on Wednesday night and it arrived on Friday afternoon! Great service, I installed and was back running within an hour! Will see if they have the ECM2.3 Motor Controller for the old motor to have a spare! Excellent service and fast shipping! Thanks again!“

“Scheduling was easy. The technician was young but very professional and diagnosed the issue quickly and had a resolution in his work truck. Probably took 30 minutes from start to finish and we had working outlets again.“
“Overall experience with each individual employee is very positive and professional.I had Mattex fix my kitchen lights about 2 years ago, they've been giving problems since then. I called again and this time it seems they are properly fixed, but I got no discount for the fact that the original service was not done properly. This wouldn't matter except that their prices are quite high 200$ for the first failed fix and 700$ for the second. It shouldn't cost 900$ to fix a light fixture.“
“Of course if something is going to happen to your AC it will be the hottest day. Last Thursday our air quit. My husband called Bratcher because he had heard good things about them from other people. They sent someone out right away and John did a temporary fix for us until we could get a new system in place. The fix didn’t hold and he was right back the next day to make it right. We spoke to Todd on Friday and had a new furnace and AC installed the following Tuesday. Everyone we dealt with was professional and knowledgeable. They were prompt, efficient and helpful. If I could give them more stars I would and I highly recommend them.Services: HVAC system repair“
