I called here and I had someone at my house 4 hours later. It was a simple fix and cost me way less than I thought it would. The second time was recent, and it was the control board that went out. The technician was great at explaining what was going on and what could be causing it. I got a quote for the repair and he was able to get the part and get it fixed within the hour. Thats twice they have taken a call and got their tech out quickly and when they said they would, got the problem fixed, and charged me a reasonable price.
