Our a/c failed in the peak of a heat wave when they were super-busy, but they fit us in and then went above and beyond to find a part locally that had initially seemed to be available only several days later. Then adjusted schedule again to get a tech back out with the part to avoid us having no a/c for several days in the heat wave. In all other interactions - always friendly techs, great service.
