Gotta say I only had a neutral opinion about Lanz in the past, but they have strongly stepped up their game and are quickly earning my business over and over. Shoutout to Jesse, excellent communication and he knows his stuff. Responsive, reasonable, and professional work. Simple, as it should be.

I called this morning how about a clog in my drain I was given an arrival date of today and that was a very nice happening. Wyatt and Shannon are two of the most kindest, caring, professional people that I have had the pleasure to work with. I will always recommend Lanz

We made the right decision to call Lanz when our furnace started acting up. They arrived promptly, were respectful, and were knowledgeable of the ins and outs of our system. They were able to identify the problem and get our furnace running again. We will definitely call them again in the future!
