“Giving 5 stars cause the gentleman who took the call understood how dire our financial situation was and waived service fee so very much appreciated and grateful, the tech he sent actually turned out to be our neighbor lol not sure if maybe that played part of not I'd like to think not but he was right on it and found that when I rerouted the drain tube and extended it away from house it flooded it's in a bend expensive learnt experience smh.Bit pricey for anyone barely getting by but if can afford the price they'll take care of ya“
