Latez put forth heroic efforts to rescue the furnace of our new rental home! After diagnosing the problem and realizing how bad the situation was, he rescheduled his other appointments for the day in order to focus on saving our poor old furnace, which was suffering from a bad case of smoker's lung and clogged with approximately 60 years worth of dirt, hair, and tobacco resin from past occupants. Latez was very professional, courteous, and thorough in his work, and I appreciate that he kept me updated throughout the entire visit. Thank you!
