“I scheduled a duct cleaning in Illinois after my heater started acting up. Technician Jack was incredible; he vacuumed out dust bunnies and some old popcorn kernels my kids probably dropped. The heat is now working better, and the air smells clean. Jack said he once pulled a mitten out of a vent wild. I was very impressed with his thoroughness and the results.“

“Had a service call for no heat during our recent extreme cold, the gentleman came as soon as he could (next day). He informed me my system is very old and will likely need replacing soon, but that he could probably fab something up to get me going at least through the season. So far so good about a week later my heat has been working *knock on wood*. Price was very fair and I definitely would recommend them to anyone that asks!“

I found the complete replacement motor online, I ordered it on Wednesday night and it arrived on Friday afternoon! Great service, I installed and was back running within an hour! “They didn’t install our kitchen garbage disposal properly. Paid $200 for parts and $200 for labor. Should’ve just done it by myself. Rubber sealant got loose after five months, causing huge water damage. Still waiting for a resolution.

Update: they quickly dispatched someone to our property and inspected everything after receiving my complaint. After examining the pipes and damaged parts, they immediately agreed to repair it under warranty. They also taught me how to use the device with greater care to prevent it from happening again. So overall, I think they are trustworthy folks and would recommend their service.“
