Originally had Aaron come out to replace a board when our outside unit wouldn’t turn on. Had him come back a year later when the unit wouldn’t start again. Aaron was able to get the unit running without any additional charge. Both cases Aaron was professional, knowledgeable, open to questions/ explained the problem, and personable. 10/10
Omni home comforts text message system is also very helpful with communicating when the tech is on their way to your location and provides you with a description of the techs vehicle so you know who to expect .
