I wanted to wait a few days before writing a review. I wanted to think of prior experiences with othe other HVAC groups. I have had really bad experiences. I was amazed. Was such a good experience with Aaron and Omni. I have heat again due to Aaron. He did an amazing job. We hit negative temperatures. Of course that's when my heat pump went out. Aaron came out 3 times. First time to figure out was going on. Ordered parts had my system running. But wanted to make sure I was not in a dangerous situation. Third time was at 11 pm on a Friday night. He fixed it, called me the next day to make sure everything was working. Thank you Aaro, and Omni.

Aaron makes sure my furnace and A/C units are running top notch. He inspects and cleans my units routinely and asks questions to be sure all of my needs are met. He educates me and answers my questions. Aaron has a very caring manner and goes above and beyond; it is easy to see that I am in good hands. I have peace of mind and am grateful to have this reliable support and guidance for keeping the environment in my home in good shape. Thank you for your commitment to excellence!
