“** is one of the most honest, knowledgeable and reliable people you will meet. I had a boiler go out on one of the coldest days this winter. ** came out ASAP to see what he could to get my heat running. There was a crack in the boiler that could not be repaired as it would not solve the issue permanently. A person with less integrity would have applied a temporary patch and charged more money to come back out when it failed. I priced another company (**'s suggestion). I already knew I was going with ** and *** but I checked just to see the pricing. Not only did ** beat the other company but the salesperson made the statement, "a smaller company can install it but if anything goes wrong you'll never get them back out here." I told him you don't know **. That alone let me know I was right all along. You will not find anyone as honest and reliable. ** always goes goes above and beyond. Thanks **!!!!!“

Jim is extremely knowledgeable about water heaters and fixed our problem in a half an hour for a reasonable rate, even though others I contacted wanted to replace our water heater. I would use him to install my next water heater, but he no longer does that .“
