“AC unit went out in my home over night on one of the hottest nights of the summer, freaked out because I had no idea what i was going to do. Started google searching techs at 530am....ran across Mr. Rashaad's business and gave him a call at 6am. Explained to him my issue and that it was also my birthday and that my day was starting off rough, he informed me that he would be here between 10-12pm (arrived at 10am sharp), diagnosed my issue and within 15mins my air was back on in my home.
