I am very grateful for the Corcoran team -- and hope that you will learn to depend on them as much as I have over the past 12+ years. As part of a remodel project, I needed makeup air to compensate for walls and ductwork that would be removed. First, they conducted an on-site assessment of the residence and provided a detailed proposal for their services. Months later they were able to quickly assign a crew to do the work before the remodeling began. Multiple, seasoned team members got the job done well under the time estimated. The guy was nice did a total review of my boiler, told me things to look for going forward as it's an older model, did a vacuuming out of an area that I didn't know that had to be vacuumed to help run more efficiently. I'm very happy with my service.
