I've been using Corcoran for twenty years. I recently had my attic fan replaced. Tom Corcoran came out to install the fan. I'm in a split which is harder to cool. The upper level temperature is now four degrees cooler than before the fan was insalled. The fourth floor temperature is the same as the main level. I highly recommend Cororan for any HVAC work.
Our air conditioner had a leak in the coil and wasn't keeping up with the mid summer head. Another company quoted really high to diagnose and fix it (6 year old equipment) & were really set on upselling us a new furnace and ac unit that we didn't need.
