“On the first day of work on our 2-day roof replacement, the roofers told me there was a problem with a heating vent stack. My neighbor recommended On The Mark, and so I called. Mark came first thing the following day to assess and, even though they had a full day of scheduled work to do, had Chris and Alex here the same day. They coordinated with the roofers and made the repairs. The person answering phones in the office was so helpful as well.
