I just got air conditioning. The guys showed up a little after 8am and were done by noon. They worked so fast and efficiently ~ and were so considerate and polite; it was a perfect teamwork project. The air conditioning works phenomenal! It's FANTASTIC! Bill's guys are the BEST! Lastly and most importantly, I trust Bill & his team to give the best price on the market ~ they are HONEST and will treat you with the utmost respect.

Another local company, Doug's, came gave estimate for replacing outsider blower unit and upgrading to current refrigerant. $3655.00 was all guy would say. His name was Jim Hanna. When I asked he said they had financing. After 25+years of off and on contracting work you realize the shady people. I called Bill's and Joe came out next day. Looked things over thoroughly and said he would send estimate. I got email it was $2689.00 with a $675.00 rebate through MidAmerica energy. The unit quoted was better then unit quoted by 1st company. Sent me link for financing, in under 15minutes I was approved interest free for a year. The installer came removed old unit, put in new unit, new connections, lines, insulation, tucked, wrapped everything and cleaned up. I was out the door to work on time as promised. It was true pleasure having them do the job. Will always go to and recommend them in future.
