“My water heater failed in the middle of the night by spewing steam and leaking into its drip pan. The main water valve had to be shut off due to constant filling of the tank. I scheduled Reliance to install a new one for the following afternoon. If Reliance had no availability I would have had no water for several days possibly. All I had to do was go buy a new water heater of my choice and they would do the rest. Brian the plumber arrived on time and installed the new water heater perfectly. The quality of the work is second to none.“

Josh came out within the hour and figured out the reason was due to tenant using “flushable wipes” and they were blocking the pipe causing a back pressure issue…. We now have it written that tenants can only use TP nothing else or they will be responsible for all damages incurred.
