Of the work they have done for us, we have been very impressed and the cost has been on par with other respected competitors. Their communication is also on point.

Additionally, when they have been out for work or estimates for us, they have also caught legitimate issues that have altered how we want to do things (1. we asked for an estimate for an upstairs laundry and they noted our water supply and sewer drain diameters actually wouldn't allow for it from a code perspective; no other plumber we asked to come out even checked, 2. we had our sump pumps replaced by them and they noted the drainage into the pit was abnormal, scoped our line, and noted a possible crack in our sewer where it met the foundation (this was also verified by other plumbers).

All in all, 5+ stars for Lakeside. Would use them over all of the big names in Chicagoland area.“

The technician *Shawn (I hope I spelled his name correctly) was so cool and experienced. One man & one 50 gallon tank to install without a helper. He was great, his professionalism and knowledge was A+. I normally don't do many reviews. This service was superb and deserves recognition. Paperwork, balance owed, instruction manual, installation and clean-up were completed under 2hrs.
