On site, Matt was very helpful and efficient. His explanations, care and attention to all the details of the problem were spot on. He was well-versed in the best way to correct the problems and did an incredible job, reconfiguring piping and removing and installing a new hot water heater. All in one afternoon!
In the office, Pat was compassionate and helpful. On site, Bob was great about ensuring our safety as the gas line was involved.
Will K is my new Go To Plumber! Great work, fast, awesome communication. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and look forward to throwing all my future business this way. Seriously!
Very prompt service within the expected time window. Matt and Bob did a great job addressing the problem they came out for, and were really helpful by explaining the problems with a different plumbing issue that a plumber from a different service provider had done incorrectly. I’ll definitely be calling Suburban Plumbing again.
