“Our refrigerator started losing cooling over several days. Called Bob's on a Friday evening, their repairman was here Saturday morning. He did a thorough diagnostic, and found the heating element that defrosts the cooling coils had failed, and the coils were covered in a block of ice. He had to travel to two different suppliers to get the parts, spent over five hours total and also did a cleaning of the exchange coils under the case. The 16-year-old refrigerator is running like new, and the cost was much less than we expected. Best service!“

“I have an old Norelco 985RX electric razor. It has to be 25 yrs old. The battery died several years ago, but I didn't throw it away because it is BY FAR the best razor i have ever owned. I came across The Shaver Shop with a little research and the gentleman there repaired my razor and it is like brand new!
