Our refrigerator started losing cooling over several days. Called Bob's on a Friday evening, their repairman was here Saturday morning. He did a thorough diagnostic, and found the heating element that defrosts the cooling coils had failed, and the coils were covered in a block of ice. He had to travel to two different suppliers to get the parts, spent over five hours total and also did a cleaning of the exchange coils under the case. The 16-year-old refrigerator is running like new, and the cost was much less than we expected. Best service!

I have been using bob's for many years. They are great. They are incredibly knowledgeable, we have seven very different and slightly esoteric cooling and refrigeration units and they are always responsive quick to understand the systems and affordable. Some Parts aren't cheap but I always feel they go out of their way to get me fair pricing and will work around the most expensive parts for replacement only doing so as a last resort. They are fair and good at their jobs I couldn't ask for anything better from tradesmen. I know that flexibility on the timing is probably less negotiable for some people.
