After having a Rinnai tankless water heater installed about six months ago by another local plumber, it unexpectedly stopped working. Rinnai referred me to Hot Water 911, one of their recommended warranty service providers, and I’m so glad they did.
I called them in the morning, and they had a technician at my home within just a few hours. He was professional, knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He contacted Rinnai to process the warranty claim, and the very next day they returned and replaced the entire unit under warranty.

Came to fix my water heater. Other places needed to find the part, these guys had the part in stock and were over a $100 cheaper than anyone else for an emergency repair on Sunday. Highly recommend, Mark was a really good repair guy also, thank you!
