“Our A/C went out last summer in some of the hottest heat we've had in years. We had gone through multiple repair companies before, they charged us through the roof and would arrive when it was convenient for them, and none could seem to fix our air. Called Emex, they arrived super fast, explained to us what was wrong, and fixed our A/C in no time at all! I thought they had forgotten a few zero's on the price when I saw the bill! Super affordable! While others in our neighborhood are left without A/C from sub-par jobs by the other guys, we're sitting here in air so cool we could store meat in it! “Our washer broke down over the weekend. (The drain pump stopped working.) We were able to schedule a service appointment for Monday. The owner/service technician showed up on time and with a new pump based on our preliminary "over the phone" diagnosis and fix the washer. “After 3 years of usage my Gaggia Velasca started to malfunction. I used MATI Coffee to fix my machine. Service was very good, quick and well priced. Very nice staff. However, after about 8 months of usage the same issue happened again. I only give MATI coffee 4 stars instead of 5 because of this. It is frustrating that it didn't last longer. I did get the machine serviced again and will see how long it will last this time. The company did offer a small discount, but I wish the warranty as a bit longer or I received a bigger discount.“
