“Absolutely the best. Priority did a refrigerator repair for me a year or so ago. The technician spent several hours disassembling and reassembling the refrigerator in order to defrost a frozen fan. Amazing work and extremely conscientious. I asked him if I should have him install a new fan and he said absolutely not. I tried to see if I needed a new thermostat sensor and he said no. He did not try to sell me any parts. Despite the hours he spent he fully honored the reasonable estimate he gave me upfront, and I should add that he did the repair on a weekend without a surcharge. Refrigerator still works great. Yesterday my dryer would not shut off and would not heat. Called Priority, they came within a few hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad relay. In today’s world that means a new circuit board not just a relay. He researched a replacement circuit board trying to find the lowest price but couldn’t find a cheaper replacement. The only appropriate circuit board was very expensive. He told me the price, and after consultation with my wife, I decided that based on the age of the dryer and the cost of the replacement part, to buy a new dryer. Absolutely no pressure on his part to try and convince me that the new part would be better than buying a new dryer. I just paid him for his extremely reasonable service call. Even more remarkable, he showed me how I could still temporarily use the dryer until I purchased a new one. I will never use another appliance repair service other than Priority. Absolutely honest, extremely competent and no attempt to upsell a repair. Honest repair technicians like those in Priority are a rarity in today’s world!“
