“Purchased a home a few months back and scheduled Doc Ricks to inspect the Washer/ dryer and vent work since he services the machines at my work... The dryer and vents were loaded with lint and the belt was fairly worn on the washer. Anthony took apart and vacuumed out the inside of the dryer and rodded the vents. He had the belt on his truck and carries most common parts for most machines. He was on time, had the part he needed and the price was right. Hopefully don't need him again soon but know who I will be calling.“

“After 3 years of usage my Gaggia Velasca started to malfunction. I used MATI Coffee to fix my machine. Service was very good, quick and well priced. Very nice staff. However, after about 8 months of usage the same issue happened again. I only give MATI coffee 4 stars instead of 5 because of this. It is frustrating that it didn't last longer. I did get the machine serviced again and will see how long it will last this time. The company did offer a small discount, but I wish the warranty as a bit longer or I received a bigger discount.“

“I hired Arlington Heights Heating & Cooling to replace a water heater in my unit in April. I contacted them late morning on a Friday and by 5pm that same evening my new water heater was installed...at a price that was better than two quotes I received from other companies. The office representatives I spoke to were friendly and responsive, and the servicemen who came out were professional and efficient. I would absolutely hire them again for any future HVAC needs I might have in the future.“

“I called on a Saturday told him what was going with my fridge he said it's the motherboard and would check to see if he could get one close by he called me said couldn't get till Monday called me Monday said he was on his way to my house showed up about 30mins later pulled fridge out replaced the motherboard and like magic fridge back in service and off he was. I now have his number and he's my guy if I needed“

“***UPDATE***Wanted to share a recent experience. My Speed Queen dryer unit was becoming increasingly noisy. I was concerned it may be the bearings. I contacted the store I purchased it from as still under warranty. I was told again it would be Lakeview. My expectations were very low. However I am happy to report that I had a very positive experience this time. I was contacted in less than 24 hrs and had a serviceman within a few days. He was very polite and efficient. He quickly determined the issue and noted another unrelated problem. Both were fixed by the following week. I am very pleased with my 2nd experience and would recommend without hesitation.***Original review***Needed warranty repair for Speed Queen dryer. The store I purchased from sent message to this company on 11/14. Called store on 11/16 since no response. I have 6 people in my household and do A LOT of laundry. Lakeview finally called on 11.18. Another repairman who was looking at my oven and does Speed Queen repairs(not warranty) checked out dryer and determined heating element was bad. I shared this info and they said would order part. I have not heard from them since. Today is 12/1. I have left numerous messages. Ultimately I ended up paying for the repair with another company. DO NOT RECOMMEND this company!“

“Our A/C went out last summer in some of the hottest heat we've had in years. We had gone through multiple repair companies before, they charged us through the roof and would arrive when it was convenient for them, and none could seem to fix our air. Called Emex, they arrived super fast, explained to us what was wrong, and fixed our A/C in no time at all! I thought they had forgotten a few zero's on the price when I saw the bill! Super affordable! While others in our neighborhood are left without A/C from sub-par jobs by the other guys, we're sitting here in air so cool we could store meat in it!
