We had gone through multiple repair companies before, they charged us through the roof and would arrive when it was convenient for them, and none could seem to fix our air. Called Emex, they arrived super fast, explained to us what was wrong, and fixed our A/C in no time at all! I thought they had forgotten a few zero's on the price when I saw the bill! Super affordable! While others in our neighborhood are left without A/C from sub-par jobs by the other guys, we're sitting here in air so cool we could store meat in it! I have known the family since the age of 14 and love supporting local family owned businesses. Also doesn't hurt that they are 2 blocks down the road. Today they sent Eddie out to do my AC maintenance and he was a super nice kid and took all the necessary steps to make sure my AC unit was up to par for the Summer ahead. He also informed me of a annual maintenance membership I was unaware of when I made the appointment that will allow me to get my biannual maintenance done on the AC and furnace with preferred scheduling. That was an easy sell for him and something I will be signing up for come Fall time as I never skip any maintenance on the HVAC systems in my homes.“
