These guys are great. We only had a minor repair done to our dryer, the service tech was on time, clean, and identified the issue right away, even came back later that day to complete the job because he didn't have the part available with him. We were very satisfied and would recommend them.

What can I say, we are d*** and these folks are beyond patient and deserve 5 stars more than most. The first time they came out they fixed a water leak in side the machine... for a very fair price. A couple days after they left, we noticed a similar (note the word similar) water puddle under the front door of the machine as we had prior to the repair so we called them back out. They made the return trip a priority, came out same day, only to find we had dog hair in the gasket of our front load machine and THAT, not the old leak was causing the puddle. Zero dollars owed later, and a very polite "my repair was not the issue here", we are both embarrassed and appreciative...read full review

Contacted the company and left a voice message. Within an hour the answering service called back and told me that the service manager would get back to me that very day. Within an hour I got a callback and an appointment was set for between 5:30 and 8:30. Service tech. showed up at 8:30 and quickly determined the problem with the washer. Washer working again within 1/2 hour.
