Absolutely the best. Priority did a refrigerator repair for me a year or so ago. The technician spent several hours disassembling and reassembling the refrigerator in order to defrost a frozen fan. Amazing work and extremely conscientious. I asked him if I should have him install a new fan and he said absolutely not. I tried to see if I needed a new thermostat sensor and he said no. He did not try to sell me any parts. Despite the hours he spent he fully honored the reasonable estimate he gave me upfront, and I should add that he did the repair on a weekend without a surcharge. I called yesterday because my washing machine was broken. The lady I spoke to on the phone was so polite and so thorough. She got the repair set up for today. Steve came out to fix the washing machine and he was incredible! So friendly and thorough in his explanation of the issue. He made everything so easy to understand. Great service and great experience thank you so much!
Love this service. Used 2x now for a refrigerator and oven, and will be using again when needed. Spends a lot of time being thorough, cleans up afterwards, always so polite and does a great job.
