“I was blown away by their service. After a horrible experience with another "service" company, LG made an appointment for me with M&M for Thursday. However, shortly after I got LG's email, Naila called, asked if I was home, and came out today (Tuesday). She and her colleague: a) found the problem with my refrigerator at once (bad compressor), b) had the needed part with them, c) explained clearly what they needed to do, d) did the repair in the time they estimated, e) were professional throughout. “Our refrigerator started losing cooling over several days. Called Bob's on a Friday evening, their repairman was here Saturday morning. He did a thorough diagnostic, and found the heating element that defrosts the cooling coils had failed, and the coils were covered in a block of ice. He had to travel to two different suppliers to get the parts, spent over five hours total and also did a cleaning of the exchange coils under the case. The 16-year-old refrigerator is running like new, and the cost was much less than we expected. Best service!“
