“Our refrigerator started losing cooling over several days. Called Bob's on a Friday evening, their repairman was here Saturday morning. He did a thorough diagnostic, and found the heating element that defrosts the cooling coils had failed, and the coils were covered in a block of ice. He had to travel to two different suppliers to get the parts, spent over five hours total and also did a cleaning of the exchange coils under the case. The 16-year-old refrigerator is running like new, and the cost was much less than we expected. Best service!“

“Our A/C went out last summer in some of the hottest heat we've had in years. We had gone through multiple repair companies before, they charged us through the roof and would arrive when it was convenient for them, and none could seem to fix our air. Called Emex, they arrived super fast, explained to us what was wrong, and fixed our A/C in no time at all! I thought they had forgotten a few zero's on the price when I saw the bill!
