Excellent service! I stopped in there and Mike was able to quickly diagnose the problem with my shaver. He went above and beyond to help me and I will be returning for any future needs.

I have visited A Shaver Shop of Evanston several times in the last three decades, or so, and always have a good experience. The owner is friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I especially like that this is a small, owner-operated store. I dread the day this man retires. Maybe I'll stop shaving.

On Tuesday, July 28, 2020 I visited the store to buy replacement parts for my Silk Epil epilator. I came from far away as this shop was recommended by Braun - Service Dept. I was unpleasantly surprised to learn that Braun doesn't provide this store any parts and only have two authorized suppliers all over the United States. Mike, the store manager assisted me in a very helpful manner and additionally provided me with great tips for searching for replacement parts and/or buying a new one. Mike was most pleasant and helpful. I definitely recommend The Shave Shop in Evanston for anybody who requires service.
