When I called the person who answered couldn't have been more helpful. He walked me through what to try myself first before scheduling an in-person service call, and it worked! The steps given to me by Frigidaire were unhelpful - this gentleman knew so much more. All of my kitchen appliances are Frigidaire and this is the only place I would go to if service is needed. “Our refrigerator started losing cooling over several days. Called Bob's on a Friday evening, their repairman was here Saturday morning. He did a thorough diagnostic, and found the heating element that defrosts the cooling coils had failed, and the coils were covered in a block of ice. He had to travel to two different suppliers to get the parts, spent over five hours total and also did a cleaning of the exchange coils under the case. The 16-year-old refrigerator is running like new, and the cost was much less than we expected. Best service!“

“I finally decided to stop putting off having my tankless water heater serviced and found Hot Water 911 via a Google search. I'd called at least a half dozen plumbers and couldn't find anyone that would service a tankless model in my area. I called 911 on Tuesday afternoon and was able to get an appointment the following day. The technician arrived on time and actually wore shoe covers inside the house which was greatly appreciated. He was polite, professional and efficient. He cleaned and flushed the unit in under an hour. He showed me the filter before he cleaned it and said that I should be cleaning it at least once every 1-2 years. The tech worked quietly and didn't leave a mess when he left. I'm very pleased with the results as my water heater is working properly. The service cost $230 which wasn't too bad. I'll definitely continue to call Hot Water 911 for the regular maintenance.“
