The main water valve had to be shut off due to constant filling of the tank. I scheduled Reliance to install a new one for the following afternoon. If Reliance had no availability I would have had no water for several days possibly. All I had to do was go buy a new water heater of my choice and they would do the rest. Brian the plumber arrived on time and installed the new water heater perfectly. The quality of the work is second to none.“

“My garbage disposal has failed over the weekend and I needed a plumber to get it replaced. I got quotes from two other companies that seemed Ridiculously expensive. My neighbor had used drain and plumbing services in the past and recommended I give them a call. Sasha Came out within two hours of my phone call. He diagnosed the garbage disposal and gave me a couple of options for replacement. I selected the incinerator badger And Sasha was able to install it for me on the same visit. While doing that, he also found a leak under the kitchen sink that was coming from my kitchen faucet. He tightened the connections and the leak stopped. I loved that the prices
were given to me ahead of time, and they were not surprised charges after the fact. They were also at 30% less expensive than ABC plumbing and Ravinia. I would definitely use them again for their quality, prices, and customer service.“
