“Eric did a great job fixing all three issues I had. He knew right away what the problems were and why I couldn't figure them out myself. He was knowledgeable, polite, and communication was great. The time range they gave when he would come out was accurate, and I liked how he called a half hour beforehand. He was also time-efficient-- he was done in the time I expected him to be done, and payment was easy. He provided an itemized receipt e-mailed to me which I also liked. He also gave some maintenance tips for the future. The work was a little on the pricier side but the quality of it was great. I'd much rather pay extra for a company that hires licensed/certified people than go with a cheaper place that does unreliable, half-baked work. Would definitely use again.“
“A leak due to an older shower faucet upstairs caused damage in the wall and the downstairs ceiling. Instead of trying to repair the old faucet, we decided to replace it. Due to old style setup, installation of a new faucet required pipes infrastructure changes. Based on a recommendation from my neighbor, we contacted CJ Plumbing & Heating to perform the pipes redesign and the new faucet install. From the initial communication with the owner until the work was completed, the process was smooth and straightforward.
