The checkin staff was very kind and the assistant doing my eye photos was very knowledgeable and kind. I did have to wait a bit for Dr. Gutierrez but it was worth the wait. She’s an amazing doctor. She gave me a very comprehensive exam, gave me some tips for not straining my eyes, and went through my eye photos with me to understand what they were looking at. And she’s very kind and patient. Very educational. Checkout process was easy and their glasses selection is awesome. Would definitely come back next year.“

She has most advanced treatments and clearly informed me of all options for all of my family. From overnight contacts for my middle schoolers to stop their vision from progressing any worse to my college daughters dry eye treatment that helped to Lipiflow for my MGD which I could only find else where at Eye Institute’s Dr. Kapoor is on it! He picked out the perfect glasses frame to fit my small face but the color was just not right. So he is ordering a bunch of other color frames to accommodate me. This is just amazing to me in this day and age!! There are all kinds of frames to choose from and many are designer ones. You will not be disappointed!!!“

“Having just had my first appointment today at Lincoln Square Eyecare I couldn't be more satisfied. The staff (Gabby?) Were so great in reaching out with reminders in the days leading up to the appointment and with answering questions I had. Additionally, they were helpful in not only pinpointing the type of care I required but also in setting me up with a path for further potential treatment for my not-so-great eye. Dr.Ethezaz was patient, helpful, professional and very thorough in her examination. I've worn corrective lenses for 30 years and I can't say I've ever walked out of an optometrist/ophthalmologist office this content and honestly grateful. A couple of suggestions, however. I know gas is expensive and its 0 degrees out but maybe turn the heat up a little and also the office could use a little more flare, pizzaz interior decoration-wise, but that's all. Great office and great staff, check them out.“
