Mt Prospect Eye Care offers a wonderful experience with very friendly, kind, and helpful staff. The office is incredibly kind and professional. They fixed a little girl's glasses within 15 minutes and repaired eyeglasses on the spot for a walk-in. Staff are patient, resolving insurance issues and calling insurance companies for answers. They provide eye contact samples and a quick check up. The optometrist is very sweet and knowledgeable, performing multiple tests and hooking patients up with contact lenses. The entire experience is a 10/10, from the moment of walking in to leaving. Everyone is friendly, professional, and thorough, making patients feel completely comfortable and well cared for. The office also has an extensive and cool selection of eyeglasses. Customers are always very satisfied with the treatment from all team members, who are most helpful.
Wonderful experience and very friendly staff! I came in to see if they could repair my mom’s eyeglasses in a pinch and they were nice enough to fix them on the spot for me. I was a walk-in and Yajaira was very kind and very helpful. Also have an extensive and cool selection of eyeglasses (I checked them out while I waited). Great experience!
I had a great experience! She was really patient for me to resolve my insurance issues. Was even so kind do give me eye contact samples for me to use while waiting and a quick check up! I am really grateful for not walking out empty handed even with my insurance issues.
All staff in there are very kind hearted as well and answered questions that my mom had patiently and gave her contact samples for her to get used to!
The staff also went out of their way to call our insurance company to help get answers for us.
This was my first eye check-up, and the entire experience was 10/10. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left. Everyone was friendly, professional, and thorough. I felt completely comfortable and well cared for. Highly recommend!
