Great experience at this Des Plaines location! The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and the doctor was thorough and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. Definitely recommend this office!

I'm a longtime Lens Crafters customer but recently moved. This office was less than a mile away and they were able see me within 1 day of calling. The team overall was fantastic, from reception to doctor to sales. Crystal made great suggestions. When I noted the overall price was more than I wanted to pay, she immediately brought a comparable pair at a great price. I highly recommend MyEyeDr!

Wonderful experience from start to finish! It was so easy to make an appointment and check in online. Everyone here was friendly, from the front desk, to the technician, Dr. Simon who is knowledgeable and kind, and Crystal who took the stress out of getting new glasses. I’ll definitely be back for my exam next year!
