I was at Old Orchard running an errand and didn't realize there was a Warby Parker store there. I already have a pair of glasses that I purchased at the Oak Brook store and popped in to find out if they had any additional colors of the same frame. Gene assisted me and was so helpful! He actually helped me to choose a different frame that I really like that I probably wouldn't have tried on without his assistance. Excellent selection of frames and five star customer service!
Great experience! Friendly staff and doctor, appointments run on time, and the store is very clean. It was a great place for an eye exam for my 5 year old, and I appreciate the affordability since her exam was required for school but we didn’t have vision concerns otherwise.
After an initial hiccup with price quoting and a frustrating couple of phone calls, Nick Elliot, store leader, reached out to me directly to get an full understanding of my experience, he went back to his team to figure out what went wrong and came back explaining the situation in full.
A mistake in the communication on pricing, had led me to believe I was being quoted $240 for the same service.
Nick took the time to explain clearly, apologized for the miscommunication, and offered a generous resolution.
