Clearvision Optometrist offers a positive and personalized experience. Patients appreciate the kind, caring, friendly, and helpful staff, who make them feel comfortable, heard, and very important to them. Sim at the front desk is exceptional with her attitude, service, communication and kindness. Dr. Tseng is highly regarded for her patience, expertise, and for being very caring and kind. She listened to concerns and answered all questions clearly. Patients praise her for providing effective solutions and for being highly knowledgeable. The clinic is conveniently located and easily accessible with ample parking.
I highly recommend this location and their amazing staff. I came in anxious for my appointment but Brian & Mari Ellen had me relaxed, laughing, and excited for my new frames in no time. They really took good care of me and helped answer all my questions, putting my mind at ease. Dr. Tseng was so kind and knowledgeable. I told my mom about my experience and she scheduled an appointment for her and my dad. Thanks for a great experience.
CUSTOMER SERVICE 10/10!!! I had such a great experience here while getting an eye exam and glasses for my mom. The entire team was amazing. Everyone was so kind, patient, and welcoming from the moment we walked in.
There was no wait time at all, which made the visit even better. They took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure we understood all our options without feeling rushed.
On top of that, we got a fantastic deal on both her glasses and sunglasses.
