Clearvision Optometrist offers a positive and personalized experience. Sim at the front desk is exceptional with her attitude, service, communication and kindness. Dr. Tseng is highly regarded for her patience, expertise, and for being very caring and kind. She listened to concerns and answered all questions clearly. Patients praise her for providing effective solutions and for being highly knowledgeable. The clinic is conveniently located and easily accessible with ample parking.
This was my first time here and Dr.Tseng was great! She was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. I did not feel rushed and she answered all of my questions with such kindness and honesty.
The front staff were also very nice and helpful with the check-in and check-out process, and wait time was minimal.
I loved this place. I was greeted by Mary, who was delightful and friendly. I met with Dr.Tseng who was very professional snd quick (which I especially liked). Finally I my glasses were fitted and ordered by Alex, who was also wonderful. Picked them up today, look great. I have had some not nice experiences elsewhere. The price was good. They didn’t try to put me in glasses with a higher profit, I picked what I liked and wanted. $200.00 less than the mall eye place 3 years ago.
I had a very great experience at this location. Crystal was very sweet and wonderful, as well as the other workers present. Overall I am very happy with my decision on the glasses and contact lenses
